• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via normal hosting/analytics logs)

How we use it

• To reply to consultation requests and quote or scope work
• To operate and improve the website
• We do not sell your personal information

WhatsApp

If you choose WhatsApp, your chat is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy

Sharing

• Only with tools we need to run the business (e.g. email, hosting), under appropriate safeguards
• Or if required by South African law

Retention

We keep enquiry data as long as needed for the relationship or legal/accounting needs, then delete or anonymise it
