Unami provides software design and build services via unami.io.

Site use

Use the site lawfully. Don’t misuse forms or attempt to disrupt the service

Consultations

• Free consultations are for fit and scoping. They do not create a build contract
• Build and execution work is quoted separately and only starts after written agreement and payment terms you accept

Packages & “From” prices

• Starting prices on the site are indicative (“From R…”). Final scope and price are confirmed in your quote
• Optional add-ons change the total when selected

Intellectual property

• Until paid in full under a project agreement, Unami retains IP in work product we create; after payment, license/ownership follows that agreement
• You keep ownership of materials you supply to us

Limitation

• The site is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by South African law, Unami is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the site
• Project liability is governed by the signed proposal/contract for that work

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa
